In the first selection round, which ended in July 2021, the TU Dresden’s proposal was shortlisted: “Lab – Lausitz Art of Building”. It claims to initiate a paradigm shift in the building industry. More resource efficiency, climate-neutral materials and modularly planned buildings that can be used for a long time are to reduce the enormous consumption of resources in the building industry.
